Student Technical Assistant: (Position Filled)
CIRCA is seeking a student technical assistant to support its web communications and data management activities. Under the supervision of the coordination team, the selected candidate will contribute to updating the website and entering data into the FRQ registry two key components of the Centre’s operations and visibility.
Job Description;:
1. Website updates
- Integrate content (articles, photos, videos, publications, news, etc.) into the WordPress platform ;
2. Data entry and tracking on the FRQ registry platform
- Update researcher profiles in the FRQ registry;
- Update the list of funding, student profiles, and declaration forms for member researchers;
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and status of entered information;
- Respond to queries generated by the registry platform and follow up with the relevant individuals.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of WordPress and strong familiarity with web content management tools;
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and concern for visual and textual consistency;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Experience in data entry or database management is an asset.
Conditions
- 35 hours available;
- Flexible schedule, to be determined based on the student’s availability;
- Contract duration: Winter 2026.
